He began his career in treasury management and currency trading at Alawwal Bank (SABB) and Gulf International Bank, where he achieved significant accomplishments in liquidity management and short-term investments. Later, he joined Yaqeen Capital as Head of Treasury, where he played a key role in developing cash and investment strategies. In 2017, he transitioned to asset management, leading the establishment of various investment portfolios and funds, and overseeing teams to achieve the company’s strategic goals. He is distinguished by his expertise in building investment structures and developing strategies that deliver added value for both individual and institutional investors. He has received several local and international awards.

Ahmed holds an MBA from the Swiss Business School and a bachelor's degree in business administration from King Faisal University.

Over 19 years of experience in the field of accounting, auditing, and preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with international financial reporting standards. Abdulaziz gained his experience by working for one of the largest global auditing offices, Deloitte, in addition to his work at Yaqeen Company in the Finance Department since 2008. Abdulaziz holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University - Saudi Arabia in 2005.

Over 16 years of experience in investment operations, having held various leadership positions in prominent financial institutions. He began his professional career at Samba Financial Group in the Operations Quality Management department, where he achieved significant accomplishments in improving operational efficiency and enhancing process effectiveness. Since 2009, Jamal has been with Yaqeen Financial in the Operations Department, where he has made significant contributions to the development and improvement of internal processes and the implementation of strategies related to investment operations. His professional experience is characterized by the development of operational systems and the enhancement of operational efficiency, adding value for investors and clients.

Jamal holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia 2013, in addition to a diploma in Banking Operations from the Institute of Public Administration 2009.

Over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, investment, and business development, during which he held leadership positions at prominent financial institutions in Saudi Arabia and the region. Before joining Yaqeen Capital, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at both SICO Capital and Derayah Financial, where he oversaw commercial operations, including strategic planning, implementation of business plans, and achieving annual targets. He also played a key role in building marketing strategies and strengthening client relationships. He contributed significantly to the development of technical infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, and improving operational efficiency. He also led several initiatives related to project management, process enhancement, quality assurance, and information technology. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Arab Bank, where he was responsible for IT infrastructure and technical operations. He also served as a technical officer at a leading university in Jordan.

Eng. Emad holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Information Technology Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, in addition to several advanced professional certifications in management, strategic planning, customer relations, and project management.

Over 20 years of experience in investment management, capital markets, treasury, and financial research. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions at prominent financial institutions in the Kingdom. He began his professional journey in the treasury department at Al Rajhi Bank, where he gained hands-on experience in liquidity management and financial instruments. He later joined SABB Takaful as Investment Manager, before moving to Alistithmar Capital, where he spent nine years in various leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of Fixed Income and Money Markets.

Subsequently, Fahad assumed the role of Head of Asset Management at Albilad Capital, where he led investment strategies across multiple asset classes and contributed to delivering outstanding performance. Continuing his professional path, he joined Yaqeen Financial to oversee fund and portfolio management, develop and implement investment strategies, and supervise the execution of investment operations—all aimed at achieving the company's objectives and creating value for clients.

Fahad holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has completed the "Value Investing: Making Intelligent Investment Decisions" program at Columbia Business School – Executive Education.

Over 15 years of experience in the field of Offering and Listing Companies. He was the Manager of the IPO function in the Capital Market Authority for years before joining Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Company (Alistithmar Capital) Head of Investment Banking. Thereafter, He joined Almajal Group as the Group’s Chief Investment Officer.

Yarub holds a master's degree in financial services management from the University of Surrey, and a bachelor's degree in finance from King Saud University.

Over 20 years of experience in risk management, internal auditing, management consulting, and accounting. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at several prominent financial and consulting firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Yaqeen Capital, he served as Head of Risk Management at Nayifat Finance, Albilad Capital, and Saudi Fransi Capital, where he played a key role in developing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, and engaging with various levels of management and boards of directors. He also previously worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in the Risk Advisory division for nine years, where he gained extensive experience in risk management and strategic development. Mohammed's expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and internal auditing has proven to be an asset to the organizations he has served, significantly contributing to their performance enhancement and operational efficiency.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
Additionally, he is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors in the United States.

Over 18 years of experience in the financial and administrative sectors, during which he held several leadership positions at various financial institutions, contributing to the enhancement of compliance practices, financial crime prevention, and the implementation of governance principles. He began his professional career in the fields of compliance and governance, progressing through various roles until becoming a Senior Expert in Governance and Compliance at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, where he played a key role in developing regulatory frameworks and institutional compliance.

Later, he joined Yaqeen Financial, where he continues to apply his expertise in compliance and anti-money laundering by building policies and procedures and developing regulatory systems in line with best practices and regulatory standards. His experience is distinguished by a strong focus on establishing effective control environments and promoting a culture of compliance within institutions.

Mohammed holds a bachelor's degree in law from King Saud University, along with several specialized certifications in compliance and anti-money laundering, in addition to advanced professional certifications in related fields
